Sign in & first visit

Create an account, sign in, and understand what you’ll see the first time you open Superlemon.

You can join with your work email and a password, or use Google if your team allows it. After you sign in, Superlemon opens the right place based on whether you already belong to an organization and workspace.

Creating an account or signing in

  • New here? Choose sign up and follow the prompts with your email.
  • Already have an account? Sign in with the same email and password, or use Continue with Google if you usually log in that way.
  • Stay signed in — you can tick “Remember me” on trusted devices so you don’t have to enter your password as often.

What happens right after you sign in

Superlemon tries to drop you where you can take the next useful action:

  • If you’re not part of any organization yet, you’ll be asked to create one so your team has a shared place to work.
  • If you belong to organizations but haven’t picked which one you’re working in, you’ll see your organization list so you can choose.
  • If you’re already set up, you’ll land in your current workspace (your home for that brand or project). If you don’t have a workspace yet, you’ll be guided to create one.

Invited by email?

Open the invitation link from your inbox. You may be asked to sign in or create an account before you can accept. Once you’re in, you’ll appear in your teammate’s member list for that organization.

Signing out

Use sign out from your profile or account menu when you’re done—especially on a shared computer.
