Sharing work for review

Send clients or stakeholders a simple link to review a deliverable without giving them full app access.

Sometimes you need someone outside Superlemon — like a client or executive — to approve copy or design. The app can generate a private review link they open in a normal browser, no install required.

How review links work

When your team creates a review link for a piece of content, the recipient sees a read-focused page with what you chose to share. People inside your workspace may still see extra actions (like approve or comment) depending on their role and whether the link is still valid.

Treat links like passwords

  • Only share in email or chat you trust; anyone with the link may open it while active.
  • Don’t post review URLs in public channels or social media.
  • When the project ends, ask the owner to expire or rotate the link if your team supports that.

If a reviewer can’t open it

Common causes: the link expired, they’re on a VPN that blocks the file, or they’re signed into a different browser profile. Send a fresh link from the campaign or ask an admin to check permissions.
