Schedule, publish & results

Plan when content goes live, send it to your channels, and see how it performed.

After content is ready, these areas help your team ship on time, push to the right destinations, and learn what resonated — all scoped to the workspace you’re in.

Schedule

Use the schedule view to see what’s planned on the calendar, move dates when priorities shift, and make sure launches don’t collide. It’s the operational counterpart to the campaign board: one is “what we’re making,” the other is “when it goes out.”

Publish

Publishing is where approved pieces connect to the places your audience actually sees them — whether that’s a blog, social account, or another destination your admin configured. If something fails to publish, check integrations and permissions first.

Performance

The performance area summarizes how published work did so you can double down on what worked and adjust what didn’t. Exact metrics depend on what’s connected and what your plan includes.

Who uses which screen

Creators often live in campaigns; marketing leads and PMs often live on schedule and performance. Same workspace — different tabs — so everyone shares one source of truth.
